Community Townhall: Sunday, October 18

The Urban Seed board is aware of the concerns circulating in the community. Since the recent election, the board has been onboarding new members and working through internal matters, which has slowed our communication. We know many of you have questions, and we want to answer them directly.

We’re holding a virtual townhall on Sunday, October 18, on Google Meet, where you can speak with board members. Please vote for the time that works best for you.

The poll closes Saturday, October 17 at 10 AM. The final time and meeting link will be posted here after the poll closes.

The time with the most votes is the meeting time. In the event of a tie, the meeting will be held at 11AM.

Townhall Guidelines

This townhall is a Q&A session for community members to ask questions and hear directly from the board.
To keep the conversation fair and productive for everyone:

  • Use the Raise Hand feature in Google Meet to be added to the speaking queue. The meeting chair will call on people in order.
  • Each speaker will have up to 2 minutes.
  • Please keep all comments respectful.

The board will not be voting or making decisions during the townhall. Formal requests or proposals for board action can be submitted in writing to board-members@urbanseed.info and will be addressed through the board’s regular process.

This meeting will be recorded.
